In order to make your rental inquiry a more efficient and timely one, please use the Pay Pal button to select your rental room of choice and that will assist John our OPC Business Administrator prepare for a first meeting, ensuring this meeting to be more productive and effective.

The data fields are followed by Rental documentation that you are required to please print out, fill out, and complete both prior and during the intended first meeting. Once you have submitted the requested data fields, you can anticipate a response time of no later than 48 hours during Monday to Fridays.

Sanctuary
The Sanctuary
 
Our Sanctuary offers 2 aisles with seating of a maximum of 340 people including wheelchair accessibility.   The Grand Piano, organ, musical instruments and sound system are available for use under the direction of our Music Director, additional costs apply.
 
Cost: $300 for the day plus custodial fees

The Upper Room

This room offers a bright and open space for a meeting or small event.  This room holds a maximum of 150 people either sitting or standing.  A kitchenette is also located in the room to allow you to offer coffee and snack during your event.  Chairs and Tables are available for use to be set up by our custodial staff at an additional cost.  The microphone, speakers and piano are also available to rent, additional costs apply.

4 Hours - $90 plus custodial fees

8 Hours - $170 plus custodial fees

Upper Room
Upper Kitchen

Kitchen (Upper)

Our kitchen is fully stocked with everything you could need for a large event or family gathering.  We have a professional gas stove, cooktop, and burners.   The kitchen can also be used to serve events in our Oakridge Hall.

Safe Food Handling Certification is required to rent this space.

Cost:

4 Hours - $90 plus custodial fees

8 Hours - $170 plus custodial fees

Oakridge Hall/ Gym

The Gym is our largest multipurpose space available.  This hall holds up to a maximum of 360 people and can be used for large events such as weddings, receptions, and activities like soccer, badminton or volleyball.  Chairs and tables are available for use to be set up by our custodial staff at an additional cost.  We also have a projection screen in this space that is available for use for a fee.

Cost:

4 Hours - $150 plus custodial fees

8 Hours - $290 plus custodial fees

The Narthex is a public space located on the main floor that is great for small meetings or events.

The Library is a small quiet place for small meetings or a place to read and reflect in peace.
